No, currently we don’t offer any trial periods. However, we provide them on custom requests. Please contact Creately sales to request one. Your request will be followed up by an agent at the earliest possible.

No, you can only have one active subscription at a time. If you’re a legacy user who has multiple subscriptions, contact support for billing inquiries.

Yes, all your personal data is encrypted during transmission and is stored in our secure servers which are constantly backed-up. Personal data collected through your interactions with Creately will not be shared with any third-party entities under any circumstance. For further information, please refer to our privacy policy.
