Emery is a Senior Consultant at The ExCo Group where she provides assessment and succession planning support to customers, in order to build robust talent pipelines. She works closely with leadership at The ExCo Group to enhance the assessment team’s suite of solutions. Emery regularly spends time analyzing stakeholder interview feedback and writing 360 reports.
Personal
Prior to joining The ExCo Group, Emery worked as a human capital consultant at Hogan Assessment Systems.
Emery has a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Auburn University. Originally from Wisconsin, Emery currently resides in Washington, DC. When she is not working, Emery enjoys baking, Pilates, and taking walks with her dog.
